Nice update to hotel. Long walk to breakfast but wide selection. Far from old town but easy to get back and forth by bus.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Dubrovnik, seen all those photos on the web and just had a wrong imPression of having a sea view in all the rooms, if not at least an open garden view. Meh! A view facing another block of apartment! Disappointed! (room5039).
Located 10 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. A fantastic location if you ask me. The views from the other building faces the sea and they have their own balcony! Shame!
The lobby is located on level 2 and the breakfast room is 2 floors below that, and from my building you have to go down to the lobby, walk across the lobby/bar area then down 2 levels. Pretty complicated! The first night we had dinner in their fine dining room. Pretty disappointed as its a big hotel compared to this small buffet room however on the next day we learnt that as there were only 45 of us they won't open the main buffet area. The next day the dinner buffet was fabulous! So as the breakfast! Huge room with great variety!
Views in the morning are priceless. Huge seaview, just a short walk and you will get to the beach! Fantastic stuff. If I ever have a chance on revisiting I'll definitely select this property but will book for the seaview rooms!!

Good hotel although with a poor view. Excellent spa / sauna area. Great wellness center with wonderful massages. The fitness center was very good. The swimming pool was larger than normal with a built in jacuzzi and waterfall. Internet service was extremely poor / slow. Kept kicking you out and difficult to get signals. Service was very good. Hotel located in front of the bus stop so an easy commute to the center. Breakfast buffet extensive and good.

Everything about this hotel is good--rooms are nice, clean, good bed, complementary internet with comp WiFi in lobby, electric kettle, balcony with seaview and table and chairs (perfect for morning coffee), really good food, helpful staff----and then there were the conventioneers. the atrium lobby sends the sounds soaring. We were there 3 nights and the noise continued late. our last night, when we had to get up at 4:30 a.m. for a 6 a.m. flight, we were awakened by raucus singing at 2 a.m. and after finally getting back to sleep about an hour later, found they were still at it when we arose. really killed all the positives we'd had until them.
