This is a nice enough place, but not really worth the money charged. The room itself was clean enough, with sheets and towels provided, but the bathroom incredibly damp, which created a nasty smell. There is a nice shared kitchen area and an outside patio, but guests are asked to move away after 10pm for noise reasons, and there isn't a real communal area inside.
Breakfast is included and is a good way to meet your fellow guests. The family is friendly, if somewhat inefficient. I was lucky to arrive just before a serious overbooking meant that many guests spent one night on sofas and mattresses on the floor. There is pressure to sign up for their day-trips, and you may find yourself somewhat less favoured if you don't sign up to everything going.
