Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter Weekend. The room is a downstairs apartment with toilet facilities,tv and a cooker. It was really clean and cosy. The owner of the apartment is a very nice and helpful man (he dropped us off to the airport and gave us a tour of the city on the way back). It's 100% safe and for €50 per night it's excellent value. I'd certainly recommend this place to all my friends and family who wish to visit Dubrovnik. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Great location in the old town. we were 7 friends staying in the same house so it was good for us. the room on the lowest floor was the cleanest, it had air condition and its own bathroom and kitchennette. the other 2 rooms upstairs shared the same bathroom but the bathroom was kind of old and not very comfortable. it had a very nice living room area with an ope kitchen on the very top floor. There was another aircondition there.
The owner of the house was reliable and helpful. Everything we needed was ready in the house. It was clean. We'd brought our own pillowcases but we didn't use them, everything was clean there was no need. There were more than enough towels, shampoo etc.
I can really recommend this house for a budget stay in the old town. I think it's better to stay in the old town to feel the atmosphere better.

This is a nice clean budget apartment right in the centre of the old town in Dubrovnik. The nice thing about the apartment is that it is so central, but not noisy at night as it's back from the main street. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment though, so it's something to consider if you have a lot of luggage or have a disability. You can get a transfer to and from the airport with the owner for €30 and the husband and wife who own the apartments are very nice, (he also took us on our way back to the airport, up to a viewing point of the city which was very nice of him). The only disadvantage I would say is that, we were asked after the third day to turn off the air conditioning at night as the noise was bothering the woman who lived across from the apartments, this was a problem as it's very hot in Dubrovnik in August!!! Also we stayed in Apartment Daniela and there is only air conditioning in the sitting room and not the bedroom. My other problem was that the man who owned the apartment let himself in on the third day to discuss the air conditioning without knocking which to me was an invasion of privacy! I would however recommend this for a budget traveller for a nice clean central and quiet apartment that has everything you need.
