Lovely clean apartment Danijela, with an amazing location inside the old city walls. Sinisa, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.Very happy to have found these apartments and hope to return in the near future.

My friend and I were in Dubrovnik for less then 48 hours. We totally got it right staying in the Old Town! At that time of year Dubrovnik was cold and rainy but the Old Town was still magical. The room in the house that we used was clean and, yes, simple, but it had everything that we needed, including a necessary electric heater.

The man owning the room picked us up from the airport at a very reasonable rate.

One thing though: be prepared for a workout climbing up those steep street steps! Though you could always reward yourself with an ice cream from the gorgeous shop down the road...

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter Weekend. The room is a downstairs apartment with toilet facilities,tv and a cooker. It was really clean and cosy. The owner of the apartment is a very nice and helpful man (he dropped us off to the airport and gave us a tour of the city on the way back). It's 100% safe and for €50 per night it's excellent value. I'd certainly recommend this place to all my friends and family who wish to visit Dubrovnik. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Great location in the old town. we were 7 friends staying in the same house so it was good for us. the room on the lowest floor was the cleanest, it had air condition and its own bathroom and kitchennette. the other 2 rooms upstairs shared the same bathroom but the bathroom was kind of old and not very comfortable. it had a very nice living room area with an ope kitchen on the very top floor. There was another aircondition there.
The owner of the house was reliable and helpful. Everything we needed was ready in the house. It was clean. We'd brought our own pillowcases but we didn't use them, everything was clean there was no need. There were more than enough towels, shampoo etc.
I can really recommend this house for a budget stay in the old town. I think it's better to stay in the old town to feel the atmosphere better.
