This is a perfectly nice budget hotel, with limited service. We stayed for a few nights, both coming and going from Hvar. As stated by other reviewers, the rooms are small and clean. I found them very tastefully decorated, and appealing, but we were in two different rooms and they were both small. The location is great, and is an easy 5 minute walk from the bus station if you print out a good map for yourself. We arrived in the rain, and took a taxi from the bus station. They have to take you all the way around the city due to pedestrian streets, and when they finally pull into the hotel's street, you can see where you just got in the taxi at the other end of the Riva. Kind of comical, really. There is no breakfast at this hotel, and if you like eggs with breakfast, the neighborhood pickings are slim, and all but non-existant early on a Sunday morning. The staff was only somewhat helpful, and once everyone has checked in, there is no one at the front desk. We had no problems with the wi-fi. We were there in the off season in late April. Over all, it's a good value for the money given the other options in town, and a terrific location.
