Stayed there one week after staying in another hotel in Kharkiv and what a difference !!! Location, staff, rooms, meals and even beer was just amazing there !! Keep up and thanks.

I stayed in Chichikov for 9 nights and was pleasantly surprised. The most credit goes to the staff - they are very professional (you often can't see that in western hotels like in London for example) and speak English on a very high level.

I also liked the restaurant on the second floor, the food was pretty good.

The room I stayed in was quite small, but OK. Free wifi is available, the speed isn't something special, but for browsing it was ok and it was stable.

Overall I'd reccomend this hotel, mostly because of the professional staff.

I've been coming to Kharkov for several years on business, and always stay in Chichikov. They never gave me a reason to look elsewhere while in Kharkov. Just stayed another 3 nights there, and it was as good and as reliable, as always. Excellent locaiton, comfortable rooms, even if on smaller side, friendly service, delicious breakfast, included in price, free wi-fi, good bar to meet with friends and colleagues. The price is not inexpensive, but still reasonable. All in all, place to stay in Kharkov. Unlike other smaller hotel in Kharkov, they take all credit cards, as form of payment, even AMEX, and don't make any excuses, that there is something wrong with the terminal or bank. Look forward to stay there again next year.

The amount of time I spent in this hotel last 3 years beats all my other hotels says combined during that same time, so it is more or less my home away from home. Since I have never stayed in any other hotels in Ukraine, I don't have any local experience to compare with but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Some of the staff I have known for last three years and they are friendly and professional. Know many of them by name and it's like seeing a family again every time I check-in.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. And my favorite place is the lounge in the first floor where local beer is fantastic and service is great.
