I stayed twice with a gap of 2 months in between. After first visit I was fully aligned to other comments. Second time however (bad luck ?) the staff courtesy was significantly less friendly. Upon check out fex there was a security guy checking my room. He did not find one of the 10 hangers and I was asked to pay for it. I returned to room and found it back. Felt embarassed in their place. Equally second time upon requesting to call a taxi, they did. Security guard insisted on guiding us to taxi and did not want to leave without tip. Maybe just bad stars that day....
Room was nice, breakfast fine. Elevator is funny..it takes ages to move up or down. Excellent new Indian restaurant next doors.

always stay in this hotel. great location - in th city center but in a quiet street, walking distance to the city center, several good restaurants within 5 min walk. Rooms are not very big but cosy and quiet, pillows and bed comfortable. in bathroom they have great cosmetics - handmade french one. hotel has internal garden ask room facing this patio - guarantee no noise. Breakfast is served in cafe 5 min walk - u will be given 2 restaurants to choose from and in case booking BB reception will give you breakfast voucher with money value. one is Buffalo and another is Troubadour - i prefer Buffalo - they have more European cuisine and also serve American breakfast. in case u eat more the the voucher cost u may pay cash. but voucher cost is usually quite enough. reception is always friendly and nice, will provide u with map of the city, will recommend some nice restaurant to have dinner. Hotel offers transfer to the airport and railway - but it is 3 times more expensive then the city taxi.
In general this hotel is Great value for money!

Charming hotel with the atmosphere of a B&B. An incredible staff assisted in every way. Their porter bought us ballet tickets and even went to a pharmacy with us to find the proper medication. Their extensive continental breakfast was excellent and so were the breakfast restaurants for which they gave us $9 each.

Travelled to Odessa by business reason for the very first time. Loved the city, liked the hotel (located very centrally).

Hotel has, as I remember, 3 floors with standard and half-lux, lux type of rooms. I stayed in standard, which had enough space in a room, clean & comfortable bed.
Breakfast is served either to room door (they don't have own kitchen) or to nearby cafe (by voucher). We took Buffalo and were very satisfied by breakfast there.
I found staff is helpful and attentive (they speak fluent English, have enough maps of the city, could give advices.).
Recommended indeed.
