WOW! What a wonderful place to stay!!!!!! I read the bad reviews of this hotel and it almost made me angry, thats how perfect our stay was.
My husband myself and our 2 children ages 12 and 7 stayed here last month and i didn't want to leave!!
We had a top floor room that was the best, it had a huge bed as you walked in the room, then down 2 steps there were 2 beds made from the wall. It made the perfect sitting area during the day.
The sitting area out by the pool was nicer than many hotel lobbys we had our breakfest there every morning.
The top of the wall behind the pool was a perfect fram for the volcanos.
Not only is the city a wonderful place but the hotel is an almost magical place with its beautiful gardens and flowing water fountains.
When we went out on our second day our room was a mess my daughters dolls we had bought at the market place in guate city were all over the place.
When we returned not only was the room spotless but all the towles were made into swans and and all my daughters dolls had been sit around on the bed in little swirlie seats they made out of the towles.
The staff was top notch, anything we needed or asked for was tended to at once. There was one emploee named Eric who was the best!!!!! We all fell in love with him, he was so sweet and so helpful, he even ordered our take out food when we wanted to stay in since our spanish is so bad.
I could write forever about how wonderful this place is, but actions speak louder than words.........We are going back again next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
