I booked this hotel after being told it was a smoke-free property over the phone. Upon checking in there was a proud sign stating it was a smoke free environment. They tried to check us in next to a room with the door propped open with cigarette smoke pouring out. They moved us to another floor and said it would be taken care of. Well, the next night when we walked into the lobby it was like an old smokey bar. The front desk clerk said that they actually let some extended stay people smoke in their rooms! What? Clearly an unprofessional hotel. I would not stay here again no matter what. I have to say that the pillows and beds are in very poor quality as well.

At first glance it appears ok. It is over priced for what you don't get, no fridge no microwave, only a full size bed with 2 pillows not fit to sleep on. The walls are wallpaper thin can hear everything. Smoking rooms are right next to non smoking rooms. No hot water in the shower and after calling the front desk had to learn the secret on how to get lukewarm water trickle to shower in. This hotel is definately not worth the 82 dollars they charge.

Stayed here for two nights in October, 2009. I didn't have a reservation because I didn't believe they would be that busy and my plans were a little unsure. Upon arrival I was quoted a price for a queen room, but when one wasn't available I was given a suite for the same price. The suite is just a larger room, and included a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The room overall was clean, comfy, and up-to-date.

The one downside, but not expected in comparison to other hotels in the area, was the continental breakfast. I've come to not expect much, which is what there was to choose from. The shrink-wrapped bagels didn't appear too appetizing, but some coffee, orange juice, and cereal or oatmeal was enough to tide me over for a while.

I only had to interact with the front desk a few times, but they were very friendly each time, as was the housekeeping staff. Also, there are plenty of places for shopping & eating in the area - very convenient.

The front desk was very responsive to my questions. The room was extremely clean. Cleaniest Super 8 I have stayed out in years
