Would never stay in this motel again. We rented 2 rooms for 1 night. During the night, from about midnight to about 4:00am, there were young teens running, hollering and generally having themselves an unsupervised good time in the corridors of this motel.

We stayed at this motel in the early spring, it was quite cool out. We could not run the heat in either room because of the smell the heaters emitted.

Last but not least, in the morning neither room had hot water to shower with. Imagine having to take a cold shower in a cold room.

When we complained to the desk clerk upon checkout, she was very rude. We recieved no customer satisfaction. Not even an offer to compensate us in any way.

We complained to the head company, but got no where. It was explained to us that this is a chain motel and individually owned. They referred the complaint back to the motel. As one can guess once again, customer satisfaction is not very high on their list. Needless to say, this Days Inn as well as the Days Inn chain has lost our business.

We arrived late at night to the Days Inn Adrian. The hotel manager was at the desk and was shirtless. We got our room keys and went up to the room. On the way, we saw several parties and the police were there.

The room smelled, the carpet was sticky. The room was disgusting. We tried to go to sleep, but the booming of car radios and the talking of passers-by was too loud.

We called the front desk and asked to check out. They said ok. When we got down there, the manager yelled at us. Apparently, they could have rented the room to some hookers from the bar across the street, but they had saved the room because we had a reservation.

We stayed at the beautiful Holiday Inn Express down the street.
