We chose the Holiday Inn because of its rating on Trip Advisor. It was fine for an overnight stay as we were passing through Massachusetts. It is an easy stop off the Massachusetts Turnpike in central MA. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.
We did find that the bed was not very comfortable. One advantage is that there is a mircowave and refrigerator in the room and a number of snacks for purchase in the lobby. There are also many restaurants nearby.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel on Saturday, November 12th and experienced wonderful, warm & welcoming service upon checking in. The hotel lobby is lovely and the sitting area/breakfast nook has a beautiful fireplace and leather chairs which looked inviting. In the morning, when checking out, the housekeeping staff were friendly & polite & quietly working in the surrounding rooms. The directions were excellent, right off the highway. I would stay here again (and again).

This is a nice Holiday Inn just outside Worcester, Ma. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would recommend.

we stayed here as a stop over, the hotel and our room was clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is just as you would expect from the Holiday Inn Express properties. Breakfast was great, and the hotel is close to the highway and easy to find. There is plenty of secure parking.
