My company uses the Warren Conf Center for training events, and I have stayed there three times, in 2005, 2006 and most recently in 2009. This location is best enjoyed in good weather, because events tend to take place in different buildings on the campus. The service and in particular the food, has really improved since I first stayed there, and the most recent stay was the most enjoyable. The staff were responsive and flexible, particularly for after-dinner social events.
In the summer there is a nice swimming beach on the lake, and there are even some canoes that can be taken out on the water. There is a small but well-equipped gymn in the hotel building, and a running circuit around the lake, which takes you through the local state park.
