Stayed two nights in November during a driving trip around the Balkans. Warm, friendly hosts and staff. Easy walk to city center, yet very quiet location. Offered to fix dinner for us the first night -- excellent and charming. Cannot be a better place to stay in Skopje.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The area in which the hotel is located is extremely quiet and peaceful, much better than in the city center. I had one evening meal in the hotel and it was excellent. As the only person staying there that night I was asked if steak, potatoes and vegetables would be acceptable and, at what time would I like to eat? The meal was was on the table in front of me 5 minutes after I entered the dining room! Breakfast was adequate.
I had a suite to myself, It was comfortable and really homely, very clean, well lit and warm!
The owners and staff work very hard to ensure that one leaves as a satisfied customer, Villa Vodno fully deserves its top rating.

We are a family of four with two young boys. We stayed two nights with this friendly family of Lupcek. They gained our trust from the first day. This is a family who dedicated themselves to their business and their guests. We advised the place to all our friends and will never think to twice to stay there if we travel to Skopje again.

I am a frequent visitor to Skopje, and will not even consider any other lodging in the city.

On my first visit to Skopje I stayed at the Holiday Inn, which was certainly adequate, though overpriced, but the Holiday Inn is large and impersonal, the rooms are small and the nights are noisy. I wanted a place with some individuality, charm, and a more personal atmosphere.

In a wonderful stroke of good luck, I found the Villa Vodno and I’ve never looked back. Hosts Ljupco, Kalina, and Marko and their staff make the Villa Vodno the most welcoming and comfortable hotel experience imaginable. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are spacious, the food is wonderful and the service is exceptional in all respects. The entire atmosphere gives new meaning to the word “hospitality”; I've never met a fellow guest there who would choose to stay anywhere else.

In a word, the Villa Vodno is WONDERFUL!
