A group of us from the UK stayed 2 nights, an excellent hotel, very friendly staff, excellent continental breakfast. It's about a 15 minute walk into town-5 minutes by taxi. Would stay there again if ever in Skopje.

We spent only one night there. The hotel is very sweet and clean, there are 9 rooms and we had parking for free, the service is very polite. It is not far away from the center, but is little bit hidden. Also, the bathroom is a bit of small and the bads are noisy and not very comfortable.

Hotel is very clean. I was impressed.
Staff was friendly and spoke English well.

Rooms:
Beds are small (singles) but expected.
Bathroom also small. Shower has good pressure and temperature also fine.
mini bar in room.
WiFi in entire hotel, but signal not that strong. cuts in and out from room.
If you go to lobby where the router is located the signal is better.

Included buffet is good, with many options. We had to check out very early, so staff made sure there was food for us even though it was well before breakfast.

Location:
A short walk (5 min) there is a mall (Ramstore Mall) very nice inside with grocery store, food court and shops. Also currency exchange (but not travelers cheques)

Hotel is near the old bazaar, and cafes.

departing:
taxi will cost 800 denari. Airport is about 25km away, and has free WiFi

Summary:
I don't know how good the value is, I have never been there before.
But I would guess that for 138 Euro for 2 nights it is good value for Skopje.

This small hotel is situated in the south part of the city, in a safe and quiet area. Although not right in the center, it will take only a 10- 15 minutes walk or a couple of minutes by taxi toget there. The rooms are of an outstanding quality and they are really cozy. There are lots of amenities, minibar, flat TV, AC, etc. The staff is very friendly, helpful, I was really impressed. They have a very good command of english. Also, any additional requests of me were dealt with straight away. They offering a very nice full continental breakfast... what is more then efficient. Summary: I would definitely book them again any time, and I can recommend this hotel for everybody.
