You don't get more central than on the corner of the main square. The hotel occupies the top floor of the building and feels a little 'squeezed' in there, but I found it charming overall, with nice people and a great view. Good value for money.
The building is otherwise quite run-down and you have to walk up one flight of stairs (not an issue for me). In fact, the hotel is not easy to see for this reason.

For 45 euros I would hope to get a clean room. The toilet was gross and the toilet brush had no Handel. There was no towel rack in the bathroom the dirty towels on the bed. The towel curtain could not contain the water so the bathroom became flooded. When the staff was asked for assistance they said they just worked there and these descisions were up to the owner. The hotel is under the roof on the sixth floor and extremely hot. Lodgers would be advised to stay away.

Very well located in the heart of Skopje but quiet. However, situated on sixth floor and lift not working when I was there. Lacks character or facilities but reasonable value for money. Staff helpful, but they did forget my early morning wake up call.

The hotel was central althought up on the 5th floor, but there is a lift.
The room had brilliant air conditioning and a great wifi connection

Good location, very helpful staff. But it's otehrwise a somewhat depressing hotel from the Yugo area (the lift in aprticular is a museum piece)
