The hotel is nice, clean and big rooms and good locations. But the stuff is very rude. My husband and I were on business trip. We had very unpleasant experience with female stuff member . We intentionally asked for her name. Her name was Gordana Latinovik (I did not catch her last name), but she was very rude and barely spoke any English. Something was wrong with that woman and her attitude was horrible. My husband said we are never going back there.

Staff very friendly, good value for money. The room was big and clean. It is a long walk to the centre of Skopje but taxi cost less than 2 euros. Being away from the centre it means is quiet which is great. Swimming pool, was great to cool down!

Apart from its location outside central Skopje (which is also a plus, considering how bleak some central areas are -- count 25 minutes walk, less than 2€ with a cab), this hotel is excellent! Nice and vast rooms with a view, great breakfast buffet, and over all, an extraordinary warm welcome and friendly assistance for whatever service you may want to ask (the lady went on her way back home and purchased my ticket to a rock concert since I couldn't go myself).
The location was great. When we arrived i was confused and thinking it is on the outskirts but it was about 1.5 eur for taxi to the city center.The hotel is about 2km from the center.The staff was helpfull, but i would say the best thing was i had a great night's sleep because of the quiet neighbourhood the hotel is in.
