This hotel is perfect in all respects - it is very nice, quiet, clean and modern place, only a 10 minutes walk from the central square and the bridge to the old fortress. At first glance, the facades of the surrounding apartment blocks look a bit run-down, but it's simply an ordinary residential neighbourhood in Skopje. I walked to the hotel late in the evening and felt very safe all the time. The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful, and they speak perfect English. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable bed and a pleasant sitting area, for a more than reasonable price. The breakfast offers nothing special, but the buffet has cereals, bread, ham croissants, juice, coffee, tea, yoghurt, pudding and fruit to start your day. The parking was a bit of a challenge: the entrance to the underground parking is *very* narrow, but the receptionist patiently guided me in. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
