“A great stay”

We recently stopped at this hotel for a couple of nights. we have stayed there before because of its location near Boston and the coast, and have always been happy with this facility. However on our most recent stay we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the entire hotel had been refurbished from top to bottom . All the rooms were completely renovated from brand new feather pillows bedding sofas lighting etc The staff were as usual friendly pleasant helpful . We were so pleased with the hotel and with a break from the weather we extended our stay from a couple of days to 7days, The staff in particular the manager "Tara" were always avaiable to be of assistance to us which made our little shopping touring trip an exceptionally fine one indeed. Thanks again to staff of Springhill suites Andover

“Very convenient location for business is the area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 December 2011 via mobile

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The location is very convenient for business in the Andover area. There is a complimentary breakfast. They have an indoor pool and small, but adequate workout facility. I will definitely stay here again.

“Convenient for families”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2011

We've stayed in several area hotels, and this one is about as good any of them. We picked it because it was the only one in the complex with an indoor pool, which was on the small side but fine for kids. The room was OK with plenty of space, though the layout was awkward and we had to re-arrange a bit to use the pull-out couch bed. The mattress of the sofa bed was awful, but that seems par for the course for these. Breakfast was fine, but they could use more space in the dining area. There were 4 or 5 tour busses of high school kids staying, so that may have contributed to the crowd at breakfast.

“Very comfortable, convenient hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 November 2011

We stayed here for a wedding in a nearby town. The hotel was easy to find, as other posters have noted. Our room had two double beds, plus a fold-out sofa. The living room area also had a table and chairs, wet bar, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was spacious; the sink area was separated from the rest of the bathroom. The bedroom area had one tv and the living room area had another tv. Wifi was free.

The pool was small but warm, and there were ample pool towels. The hot tub could hold six people and was wonderfully hot; I appreciated the water fountain next to the hot tub. The buffet breakfast was ample with all the standard items, and refilled often.

The hotel itself, while easy to find, is off the highway in an office park. We could hear no traffic noise from the room. There was a paved walking path in the office park, and we had a beautiful view of fall trees outside our room.

This was a great place to stay. We got the government employee rate, which made it quite a bargain as well.

“Perfect Place to stay.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011 via mobile

We originally booked two nights here on our self drive tour of New England. We were so impressed with the suite & staff that we booked an extra four nights. We found the hotel was an excellent location for getting around the area & the road network was very good ( with the help of gps).
Free breakfast was served every morning and there was plenty of everything.
During our stay the hotel was very busy all the time, but the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to help when we lost our camera in Boston.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure.
