Location is awesome. Right on historic Phillips academy property I was here new years eve and day. Restaurant and bar are great. Price is amazing. When u need to be in the Andover area. This is where I will stay. I love the area so much. I am probably going to buy a house in the area

I came from out of country on Saturday evening. The front desk lady was very helpful and professional. She helped me in finding my passport which was very very helpful. I felt right at home upon arrival due to warm welcome. Friendly staff and clean hotel! I needed a cab to the airport and she also negotiated that with a cab company for a very reasonable price. I can't wait to come back again!! Thank you for making my stay pleasant!

I am in a standard room which is far from the elevator. It is well lit and the wifi works perfectly. This is the first time I stay at the Inn after the completion of its renovations.

In addition to the luxurious beddings and modern bath facilities commented on by the previous reviewers, I would like to highlight the most pleasant, sincere, and helpful service provided by the front desk (in particular Ozlem and Effie) during the booking process and throughout my stay at the Inn.

As our children attend school here, we have stayed in numerous hotels in the Andover area (including 5 of the top 6 hotels ranked in Tripadvisor) and find most of them adequate.

The Andover Inn will be our first choice from now on.

In the last few days of our August vacation, we discovered the Andover Inn. It was a few weeks before school began and the hotel and grounds were quiet and serene. We chose the suite for three nights, an exceptional value with dining room, living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, nice desk and wonderful bed/bath amenities. Enjoyed the restaurant for lunch one day and dinner on another. Food was very good with wonderful desserts. Walking distance to quaint shopping village with and exceptional book store--one of the best finds of our trip. No issues with wifi. We will be back for an extended stay. Perfect for working/writing retreat, as well.
