My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Harbor View Inn. Our room, the Garden View, was large and comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding and we enjoyed the wine and nighttime snacks too. We could walk to the Naval Academy, shops, and restaurants, and did not move our car all weekend. We will stay here again when we return to Annapolis.

Great amenities include- private balconies, wine and cheese hour, gourmet breakfast, cookies at night, beautiful gardens and just a feeling like we were home when returned after a long day out on the town. Also the owners provided the perfect balance of privacy and attentiveness.

My boyfriend an I stayed at the Harbor View Inn for a mid-week getaway and had a fabulous time! Because it was mid-week we were the only guests in Andrea's house and got spoiled rotten! I have a gluten allergy and Andrea was happy to accommodate me at every breakfast (which were incredible, by the way!). The house is a beautiful contemporary inn (no doilies or break-able furniture!!!!) with such a cute, peaceful back garden.

The Inn is walking distance from just about everything in Annapolis around the Harbor - Naval Academy, slew of restaurants, shopping, nightlife. It's the perfect place to get away in a sleepy little harbor town.

It's amazing to find a quiet, lovely, small inn just a block from the Annapolis waterfront. The Harbor View Inn makes you feel at home, not like staying at a hotel. The building itself is interesting. The moment you walk in the front door, your eye is caught by beautiful architectural details that are at once modern but fit into the feel of the original home. This is particularly true in the upstairs foyer, which leads to the largest guest room, where you can see down into the first floor. The location is fantastic. Just one block from the water, our room had a porch that had a water view, and would be delightful on which to sit in warmer weather. It was a short walk to everything in downtown Annapolis. The largest room was huge. Our room was small but comfortable and cheerful. We had a package that included breakfast in bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the innkeeper was friendly and helpful with recommendations. We most definitely would stay there again.
