We stayed at 30 Maryland at the beginning of December for a little weekend vacation and LOVED it! The new owners were so accomodating, helpful and friendly - and made delicious breakfasts to boot. The building is beautiful and you can't ask for a better location. Just a few steps from the Naval Academy and downtown, we easily toured and shopped and dropped our bags off without missing a beat. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We'll definitly be back.

Everything about the Inn at 30 Maryland is wonderful! Elegant, yet comfortable, spacious rooms welcome you after a day spent roaming historic Annapolis. It is a very convenient location for those visiting the Naval Academy. Beth is a thoughtful Innkeeper and takes a genuine interest in the needs of her guests. She prepares marvelous breakfasts and also provides a variety of teas, coffees and snacks which are available throughout the day. We have stayed at many B & B's, and the Inn at 30 Maryland remains our favorite!

Beth is the most thoughtful and gracious innkeeper. The layout of the rooms and open guest areas is splendid. I've stayed at B&Bs in the historic area before and this is far and away the best location. Steps away from everything yet just enough away from the 'tourist' noise.

We have stayed at many B&B's and we will be sure to return to the Inn at 30 Maryland again! The new management was extremely professional with a nice, personal touch. In addition the location was perfect. It was an easy, scenic walk to the harbor, which we enjoyed after our delicious breakfast. On this getaway, we brought our children and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. We would recommend this Inn to families as well as couples who are looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in beautiful historic setting.
