My wife, teenage son and I spent two nights at the O'Callaghan. I was a little wary since some of the reviews on Tripadvisor were not very flattering. However, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a historic feel to it. The staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient to the old seaport part of town and the Naval Academy. There were no frills included, and some of the few pieces of fitness equipment in the small fitness room were broken, but for the money this is a solid value. We'll stay there again. Parking in the public lot across the street was convenient and really cheap. The only thing I wish the hotel provided was an urn of coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Dear MickyD19
Thank you for your review and for chosing to stay with us. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay and I can assure you that new Gym Equipment is at the top of our list for 2012.
We have just changed our coffee to Chesapeake Roasting Compnay, and have selected a Locally Roasted Organic and Fair Trade coffee, It does cost a little more but we feel it is worth it and hope our guests do to. It is included with our $10 breakfast buffet and for coffee only is just $1. There are also coffee makers in every room.
Thank you again for your kind words and we hope to see you back in Annapolis soon!
Regards
Lesley Pattison
