Lovely European style hotel in a great location. Near restaurants, convenient to downtown and near a bus for everything else. I lived in Annapolis for years and this is such a good place for a hotel. The service and charm made it especially nice. And Guinness on tap at the bar was icing on the cake.

I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Annapolis. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and most importantly they make you feel like a GUEST. Many places have forgotten this important skill.

We have stayed there a few times. Their breakfast is delicious and a great deal.

i hosted a bachelor party this past weekend in annapolis ..... throughout the process of booking rooms and organizing everything, the hotel was great and super helpful ..... the rooms were nice and everything worked out great - great hotel & great staff

Pleasant reception staff and car parking guy. Room was very clean but unremarkable. Bathroom was also clean but a little dated. Learned to unplug my fridge on the 2nd night to get less broken sleep...

Breakfast was amusing. Never stayed there before but my colleagues assured me that the buffet was good. Alas, there weren't enough people to warrant having a buffet so we got table service in a very cold bar/dining room. Serving guy was lovely and eager to help but obviously not a morning person. By the third day he'd got what we wanted...alas it was our last day. Have stayed at Loews just down the road and think I prefer it there. Thankfully, we got a business rate for the hotel.

Location is good - 10-15 minute walk down West Street to the main harbour.
