I spent an evening with my midshipmen in Annapolis and wasn't interested in the cold "hotel" feeling of a chain hotel. The Annapolitan was perfect. Warm and inviting. Centrally located. Delicious breakfast! And, they even called a cab for me so I could head to downtown Annapolis! They are fabulous!

My husband and I loved the Annapolitan B&B. The Innkeepers were very friendly and gracious. We felt very welcomed and they went out of their way to ensure that our stay was really wonderful. The advise and information they provided about Annapolis really added to our enjoyment of the visit. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We woke to the smell of coffee and waffles in the morning, certainly a great way to start your day. The breakfast was delicious with all the food being freshly prepared. It was a real treat. I highly recommend the Annapolitan and can't wait to come back.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at The Annapolitan. We only live 30 minutes a way but staying in The Annapolitan really felt like a retreat from the daily grind of the week. The home is absolutely beautiful! You can tell a lot of detail went into every part of the home from the picture frames to the decor. We stayed in the Starboard Sanctity which we highly recommend! Big beautiful king bed and lovely linens. John and Joetta are gracious hosts and the delicious breakfast hit the spot! We will definitely return!

After a long day of driving, one needs a good place to stay for the night; Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, and a good night's sleep to charge up the batteries. On top of all this I had a wonderful time chatting with the owner and his wife, two very good people.
I know it is their job to be social but I sensed that they were genuinely interested in what I had to tell about my travels, my opinions about life and about the affairs of the world we live in.
Such encounters is what makes traveling worth the effort sometimes.
