We stayed at the executive Inn for New years Eve. There is a great Mexican restaurant, and a nightclub next door. The hotel is quite old and run down, but our room was ok.The sheets were old,but clean. The bathroom was clean. This is a very "bare bones",hotel, but it served it's purpose. We slept well. I'm not sure if there was coffee or anything in the lobby, but there is a Dunkin Doughnuts, and a Tim Hortons on the same street. The cable TV was out,so I would ask if there is Television available.

Dear Valued Guest:
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share your experience at our property. Critical feedback is a great way for us to improve guest satisfaction. We apologize for any negative experiences you had with our televisions not working. There was a storm in the area which caused the local cable to not work. We do also offer a complimentary breakfast consisting of bagels, english muffins, breads, cereal, milk, juices, coffee. We believe these corrective measures will enhance the overall experience at our hotel. I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.

“Not ever again!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2010

When I got there they had me down to have two reservations when I only booked one. I reserved the room with my credit card but paid cash when I got there and they still charged my card after me paying cash. They also put a hold on my card for 3 days so those funds were frozen. The room was dark, it stunk and it didn't feel like it had been cleaned for a long time. The fridge didn't work. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this dump!

“Cheap for a reason---”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 October 2010

I hate to do this to any business in these tough times but this hotel was so dirty/run down/old. Pillow cases, sheets, towels all gray and dingy looking. Balcony full of spider webs. Old hotel, needs remodel badly. Our room did not feel clean at all. My mom slept in her clothes so her body wouldn't touch the sheets. Me, I laughed and took pictures of the stains and things including the big spider web in the room. We paid $60 with Senior Rate, but even that didn't make it worth the feeling we got from being in that room.

“not what i thought it would be”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2010

rate was what it was supposed to be, but the water that came out of the bathtub and the sink was black , it left a ring of dirt! i don't think the faucets had been used in quiet sometime! there was supposed to be continental breakfast, but there wasn't-there was a coffee machine and a juice machine, but not cups! the best thing about the place was that the bed was comfortable. the lampshade in the room was disgusting! there was something splattered all over the inside and the walls and ceiling were dirty -i felt like taking a shower, but since the water was brown....i didn't dare to! i don't think they clean the places at all.

“SLEEPING IN THE STREET WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2010

Luckily we only stayed here overnight. All four of us turned up totally whacked out after our 24 hour journey to find a foreigner who couldn't speak English in reception. We found our 'non smoking' rooms on the balcony which reeked of cigarettes. The bedding should have been burnt a long, long time ago because the pillows were orange underneath the pillow cases that were covered in black hairs. The sheets were wafer thin and covered in stains and human hairs. The bathroom had no ceiling light but a table lamp had been rigged up on the side by the sink - very dangerous. The sink was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned since the 60's. The bath was equally squalid and even had a resident live spider in it. The armchair was the sort you'd find on top of the local tip; it was filthy dirty and covered in stains. The carpet was so sticky we didn't dare take our shoes off. We all went to bed in our clothes but we couldn't sleep because the downstairs rooms were occupied by 'working girls'. The headboard was banging all night long and the last customer left at approximately 4.30am when we decided to vacate the premises! In our view the place should be pulled down.
