We stayed at the Rose Cottage of Susan's Cottages for a night on our way home this week. It is an exceptionally nicely furnished and cleanly kept place.
That said, the TV is small (24 inch?) and across the room (15 to 20 ft.) from the bed and chairs, which makes viewing difficult. There was no internet wireless connection available, another drawback.
The cottages are situated between two highways and best I can tell the French doors at the back and the front of the cottage are single paned so there can be road noise, especially in the morning when people are going to work.
Finally, the "Breakfast" part of the B & B experience consisted of packs of oatmeal, miscellaneous canned juices and a few assorted but definitely on the cheap end breakfast rolls/bagels. Not exactly what I was expecting.

May be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Obviously the owner has a lot of pride in her property. Very nice country setting as well. I stayed in the carriage house which was not as big as the cabins but it was lovely. Great bed. Great breakfast (self serve in room but that was fine). Super furnishings. One small complaint is the TV was off to the side of the bed and I could not find the remote control - also only 3 channels but we all need to get away from TV anyway. The positives greatly out weigh this little complaint. In central Louisiana the options for lodging are limited and this place is an oasis! Highest recomendations!
