My husband and I stayed in the Baymont in Alexandria, La. because our granddaughter was playing a softball game there. From the time of booking until we leave we are never disappointed. Check in is easy, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is good and checkout is easy. Thanks to Cheryl at the front desk because she makes our visits very pleasant.

Its not flashy, but its clean, quiet, safe, and close to the highway... I stayed for 12 nights while working in Alexandria at the airport. It is about 10 minutes drive away, and most of the airline crews stay there. Further into town there is a Marriott Courtyard that I'll probably use next time instead, due to the proximity to dining and shopping options.

it has a small gym with 2 treadmills, a weight machine, an exercise bike, and a noisy eliptical trainer... The continental breakfast is boring! The business center consists of a computer in the lobby, but the staff was gracious enough to send faxes for me without charge, and everyone seemed very nice.

The Baymont was conveniently located off the highway but you did have to take a service road to get there, which was a little out of the way. The hotel grounds and interior looked clean and well kept. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great: cereals, muffins, bagels, a waffle maker and juices. We would stay here again.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and we were both amazed at the hotel and staff members. The front desk staff is very customer oriented on all shifts and treated us like family.The fitness facility was a nice bonus. The machines were clean and in very good condition. They also had a big screen Tv for you to watch while working out. The lobby is beautiful and inviting and the rooms were even better. The pool was extremly nice and relaxing, loved the shape and the hot tubs were a major plus!!!! They served fresh baked cookies in the afternoon which were great and much appreciated. Breakfast was more than we expected, fresh waffles, yogurt, eggs and sausage.
