This was a quick travel stop for us on a long drive. All we needed was a clean, comfortable bed and room. The rate was cheap, the room was clean, the beds were firm, & the breakfast was standard Super 8 continental plus. However, the buildings themselves are definitely showing their age. We didn't feel 100% safe - it was dark on our arrival, the area looked a little questionable, & the exterior building doors wouldn't close. The hallway had a terrible fish-like odor but I think that was thanks to another room bringing in some nasty food. Our room itself smelled fine until we started up the a/c...then there was a musty odor as the unit ran through the night. The breakfast room is small but the friendly staff did a good job of keeping items stocked. Expanded continental brkf had a decent selection of breads & pastries, plus the make-your-own waffles and a couple hot options including scrambled eggs. Good enough to get us back on the road to home. We got what we paid for.
