The hotel is located in a somewhat unsafe area of Panama City. Being a Wyndham hotel I figured the hotel was up to par. But wow, was I wrong. My room needed serious repair. The wall paper was dirty and partially unglued on many areas from the walls. The AC unit was noisier than a World War II tank. After I called the front desk at 4 am in the morning a maintenance crew showed up to try to repair unsuccessfully. So in slept only a couple of hours due to the noise. My business meetings in the morning were, needless to say, burdensome. I tried reaching out to the Front Desk Manager so I could get another room. Left two messages and never got a response from anybody. Incredibly enough there was no hot water available which was simply unacceptable. The WiFI is unreliable and intermittent. Simply put this is perhaps the worst hotel I've stayed, at a rate of $209 plus taxes you would have expected a better place and an adequate response.
