Our room on the 8th floor faced the mall and had a panoramic view of the city. Room was large, quiet and comfortable. Downside of high floors is that elevators are slow during peak traffic times. Staff were very helpful. Used Marriott points and was surprised that this is a full-service hotel, including room service. Good sushi and drinks in bar. Coffee is toe-curling strong. Lobby is small and busy. Arranged a good car/driver at reasonable price through hotel. Nice place for introduction to Panama - the pace of the city is crazy and the drivers are even worse, so I appreciated some American comfort in the midst of the chaos. (This is unlike me but Panama was a place of sensory overload. I rank it up there with Nigeria in that department.)

Our recent trip to Panama to see our Peace Corps daughter found her in the Punta Pacifica Hospital with a pretty severe injury. Changing plans quickly, we reserved a room at tis Marriott Courtyard, the closest hotel to the hospital. From the time we explained our predicament and booked our room, we were met by kindness and understanding from the manager and staff. I cannot express how welcome a little extra concern is when you really need it! My only complaint (though small) would be that, of their business center computers, only one had an "English" keyboard- thus it was very popular and hard to use.
We're home now but I send my compliments to the staff !

We stayed at the Marriott the night we arrived to Panama and then the night before our departure. The hotel is in a great location, the staff very friendly, but the best is the rooms!, super clean, the bed amazing, soft and perfect and with all the amenities we needed.

It was fabulous to have the mall next door! for the last minute shopping..

Very good business and turistic hotel, very well located by the Multiplaza Pacifica Mall. Don'ts expect a great restaurant, but service is ok.
