We stayed 3 nights at this basic 3star hotel. The room was small but adequate, though not well lit; the bed was clean and comfortable, the phone and TV worked, as did the air conditioning (in many of the rooms the air conditioning unit is not right in line with the bed but off in the jog created by the bathroom so the breeze does not blow straight over you but still cools nicely). Breakfast was plentiful, a basic buffet, with hot and cold offerings. The view from the roof top was great, but the pool did not look clean. This building must have been quite nice once upon a time, but is now a bit shabby. The staff at the front desk are not a happy bunch; we got the feeling on more than one occasion that we were interrupting with their work.
However, the location was convenient, and we generally felt it was good value for the money put out, which is not a lot for Panama City.
