the hotel is a budget hotel, service is almost nothing, clean and overage budget hotel, someone in the hotel took my government ID, check the bill, front desk stop you for some deposit, even if your company sign the voucher or you left the credit card...if you can stay away of this hotel

Maybe others had isolated bad experiences, or higher expectations...the reviews had me worried after I had pre-paid a non-refundable rate with Expedia for two nights. The only glitch was when the desk clerk said "so this is for one night?" and I had two copies of my confirmation with me and handed one to her to prove that it was for two. Otherwise, the service was good and friendly, the place was clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable, although the remodel quality is such that it will soon show wear and tear...

I found the room small, but clean, The bathroom newly done with a deluge showerhead. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice bar with flat screeen TV's. Nice pool area. Business center with internet. The buffet breakfast was good. Omelettes, scrambled eggs , bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, etc. all that you could ask for! The hotel was conveniently located between Avenida Argentina and Via Espana all within one block.

I have been introduced to this hotel by family members and it is not that bad. The rooms were updated and very clean. There is a free breakfast included with the room. For the price of the hotel, free wireless internet should be included, but instead it is offered at the price of 12.00 a day. The business center is an internet cafe where they have 3 computers, which were in use every time I attempted to use one.
