Traveled to Panama City with the New Freedom Theater group from Philadelphia for a cultural exchange during the first week in February 2012. We had about 60 people in our group and this hotel was able to accommodate us rather easily.
The hotel is set up as a apartment like room with a kitchen (sink, range, microwave, and fridge) as well as a washer and dryer. All of which came in handy as the group performed three times while in Panama. It did get a bit challenging initially because the hotel has three (3) towers. You have to access the different towers via the parking lot area. The lobby is in Tower 3, so if your room is there you really don't have to go through the parking lot to get to your room, just take the elevator up
There was a complimentary full breakfast buffet in Tower 2, located at the Terrace Level where the swimming pool is on the other side. I enjoyed the fresh fruit, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, chicken (baked, fried tenders), can't remember if they served bacon because I don't eat it. Of course, there was toast, coffee, tea, orange juice, and water available. The location for breakfast overlooks the Fiesta and Salsa Bar, places to eat dinner; however, you must be at least 18 years old to enter. They will check ID.
All in all, not a bad place to stay.
