Sometimes I wonder whats the difference between Sheraton and the Four points series, today I still don't know....but this hotel was a nice stay, the room comfortable, sizable for me...provided all of my needs and they had a Casino, nice to know that you can walk in with 60 bucks and walk out in one hour with 350...nice stay...

Taxis were available which is very good, taxis along with staff knew the local scene were...The only issue that I had was at one point I forgot to get cash out of the ATM and needed a taxi, asap and was able to charge a taxi to the hotel but the paperwork was time consuming. I wish they could streamline this process.

The hotel was very nice. Good location (including very close to mall), room and bed sizes as expected, clean and safe hotel, very friendly staff, decent restaurant, attached casino.

The only problem I experienced was a strong musty smell in the room. I understand in this climate, it's difficult to keep down humidity. Also, the hotel has the eco-approach to conservation by using the key cards to rooms that, when removed, shut off electricity, A/C, etc. The hotel just needs to find another way to keep the rooms cool and dry when not in use (and/or remove the carpeting and use a tile floor).

I stayed in a different hotel (Wyndham Gardens) on another stay and while it also had a musty smell, it was much less - likely due to the tile floor in the room.

This is a great place for people who visit Panama in business. It's a good deal for the size of the room and it's location. The service is also quite good as staff made sure that we were taken care of and always with a smile. It does need some upgrades but overall, I think it's a place I'd recommend, especially, if you dont want to pay hundreds of $$$$ for a hotel night.

Stayed in this hotel for vacation. It had a good location for walking to restaurants, shopping and viewing the city. Rooms were typical Sheraton and seemed in decent shape. The buffet breakfast was pricy but a great way to sample local food. Staff was helpful and arranged tours.
