I had papas rancheras and tostados con queso y bacon.
Potatoes were just about good, but the sauce was quite different from the original (I lived in Spain for 1 year). The tostados were not bad, but the bacon was burnt, really black (I had to take it out). the flan I had at the end was nice. I also had a juice with orange and papaya, too much ice and very little taste.
Service: my waitress was nice, trying to be helpful, but she was very inexperienced: she offered me 4 beers at the price of 3, but I mean, I am a lonely woman, do you think I am planning to get wasted? Anyway, this offer was everywhere already, on the menu and on their website, so no need to repeat it as if it what a once-in-a-life-opportunity.
Finally, although the place was empty (I was their only client) it took me about 20 minutes to have the papas. And another 10 to have the tostados. So, 30 minutes to eat 2 starters.
I had planned to get the churrasco afterwards, but I did not have time to wait for them to kill the cow, so I had a flan and left.
Final bill, 241 cordobas, 11 USD, which is not expensive, but I was not happy.
Final remark: the place is nice, no garden but outdoor seating under a nice, high roof
