this hotel is good, the location is ok and safe also outside (not everywhere in Salvador) the room a big enough and clean
just internet is not free and this is not normal ! i take the option with breakfast and internet and buffet for this reason, like that was ok
so i just take breakfast and the buffet at the evening a the 10 floor, 2 alcoholic drink free and soft drink no limit, the system is not bad
shuttle to airport every hour (25 us)
don't take a room close to the elevator the machine for ice is noisy

i try the sheraton and the hilton, breafast is better in sheraton, claose to swimming pool outside ect but the room are better in hilton, more calm

“Nice, friendly, but not outstanding”

Staff is very friendly.

Food is rather mediocre.

Wifi is a bit dicy.

Shuttle service did not appear at airport for pickup, even though I had exchanged several e-mails to request it (but was able to locate another shuttle that could take me there).

Rooms are OK, not outstanding.

You can't beat the location if doing business in the area. Food is mediocre at best. Entire hotel but especially rooms need to be remodeled. My bathroom outlet did not work and the shower was clogged. Neither of which was fixed after reporting in the morning when I returned late in the evening. Stayed many times and this was the only time I really had a problem.

Stayed here on week for work. Rooms were very good. Restaurant was good. The special coffee bar was a plus and the entertainment was good. Within walking distance of other food/bev options.. Loved the front desk staff and the VIP breakfast room/bar.
