I have been travelling to and working in Kiev for the past three years and have experienced the highs and lows of what the Hospitality Industry has to offer in the beautiful and historic city. Unfortunately there is not too much positive to say about most hotels/apartments.

However, as in all situations there are always exceptions and Senator Apartments is one of them. It is a unique offering in the city offering and a welcome change from the overpriced and verbose 5* Hotels and is a million miles away from the hotels that purport to be 3* Business Hotels.

Senator Apartments is bright, clean, simply and modern appointed, ideally located in the heart of the CBD and is staffed by polite, dedicated and proactive staff that consistently goes out of their way to be of help in any situation. I believe the best thing I can say about this excellent establishment is that the management are always looking for ways to improve the service they offer their client’s and I would never consider staying anywhere else in the city. Senator Apartments has become a Home Away from Home.

The staff are good and helpful, all speaking English.
Location is great.
Apartments are a modern home from home. Very clean and comfortable.
Not cheap but going rates for Kyiv.
Overall as good as you are going to get in Kyiv. I have stayed in many other apartments throughout the city before I found Senator, none compare. Will stay there again.

I stayed in Senator Apartments because of my friend who recommended me this location. Friendly staff, very suitable location and comfortable apartment itself created an enjoyable atmosphere during my stay in October 2008. Now I know for sure – during my next business-trip in Kiev I’ll stay in Senator Apartments.

Hello ALL! I had a poor booking experience with this hotel. They advertise a special "Day-Off" rate, with special requirements (it's only available over the weekend). I met these requirements, but they would only offer a rate that was 35% higher (eventually, they offered a rate that was 25% higher). I asked why they were doing this, but no answer. They never explained why they even offer the special, if it's not really available. I guess it's just to bait customers. Very unprofessional!
