Overall very nice place to stay, Staff (friendly, discreet, good English, helpful), clean, close to center, quite area, small but good breakfast included, complementaryin room (water, coffee & tea, good TV etc..). Even the small basement apartment was fine for 1 person much bigger than many Western European hotel rooms.

I spend about 80-100 nights a year traveling- I recommend this place

Well first of all i should say that location is just great .. hotel is in center walking distance to all major cites .. we took not best room it was down floor and the room wasn't that big the bed was so room looked too small .. but with a huge jacuzzi for two people (with soviet champagne) it was just too good :)

I have been travelling to and working in Kiev for the past three years and have experienced the highs and lows of what the Hospitality Industry has to offer in the beautiful and historic city. Unfortunately there is not too much positive to say about most hotels/apartments.

However, as in all situations there are always exceptions and Senator Apartments is one of them. It is a unique offering in the city offering and a welcome change from the overpriced and verbose 5* Hotels and is a million miles away from the hotels that purport to be 3* Business Hotels.

Senator Apartments is bright, clean, simply and modern appointed, ideally located in the heart of the CBD and is staffed by polite, dedicated and proactive staff that consistently goes out of their way to be of help in any situation. I believe the best thing I can say about this excellent establishment is that the management are always looking for ways to improve the service they offer their client’s and I would never consider staying anywhere else in the city. Senator Apartments has become a Home Away from Home.

The staff are good and helpful, all speaking English.
Location is great.
Apartments are a modern home from home. Very clean and comfortable.
Not cheap but going rates for Kyiv.
Overall as good as you are going to get in Kyiv. I have stayed in many other apartments throughout the city before I found Senator, none compare. Will stay there again.
