This hotel is comfortable, has lovely well equipped rooms and nice helpful staff. It's main downfall is the internet, which is rather slow and a bit temperamental. Oh and the rather noisy housekeepers! Dragging furniture on laminate floors does not make for peace and quiet!

The journey time is very long from the airport, (about 30-45 mins depending upon traffic) but I think it's worth it for the quality of hotel.

I was in Kiev for business and liked the hotel, there wasn't much noise, the beds were great and the staff excellent. The only issue was the Internet, it would come and go with no warning. If you plan to go to the opera while in town its a very short walk from the hotel.

This hotel was clean, appointed with all the amenities one would expect for a business or tourism hotel, and was well-located for sight-seeing within the city.

Rooms were small, but standard for European hotels. Room service food was adequate - tasty, but nothing to write home about. Service at the hotel was impeccable, and there was a decent selection of English channels on the telly.

I stayed three nights, selected the hotel because there were not too many international chain hotels in Kiev. I had a bad experience the previous time when I stayed in a local hotel. However, this Radisson hotel seemed a bit overpriced compared to the class. Service at the reception was friendly and efficient (check in was fast, not anything like in the local one in where I stayed previously in Kiev).

The room was average, clean and the beds were not too bad. The room appeared more spacious than it was since the ceiling was high (the room must have been abt. 4 meters high) Breakfast was excellent, bar ok but service was a bit like in the good old communist days. There was some kind of "spa" in the cellar. It had a sauna, but as a Finn I could not really call it one, seats were too low, stove too far away and above all the seats were lacquered ! Still, nice after a hard day's work. I also took a massage, Thai was available instantly, average. All in all, not too bad, I might stay again. Setback was mainly the slow Wi-Fy and that it was a bit remote from the very center (In the winter, it was freezing cold and walking was not comfortable)
