All was perfect !
A fantastic suite at the top of the hotel with view on the ukrainian parlement ( for the price of a junior suite, nice gift ! ).
People very nice, the suite was just gorgeous, nice furtinures, nice bathroom, nice flat screen TV in bed room and living room.
Nice decoration in the hotel and the suite.
The best deal of Kiev with a great location, 5 minutes walk to Kreshatik and the independance square, next to the garden close to the ukrainian parlement and the Dynamo Kiev stadium, the love's bridge ; next to the ukrainian president's office.

As you may guess from my title, the problem of this hotel is that nobody in the restaurant speak other language but Ukraine (or maybe it was Russian - I coul not make any difference). Thus, if you want to decide what do you want for you breakfast you will face several ladies asking you the same question about breakfast and you wil wait next 20 minutes to get that. Kiev is wonderful city! I liked it very, very much! People are beautiful, streets are clean, sunny and wide, the atmosphere of the city is great...monuments are very beautiful as well as churches. Lavra Monastery is amasing! History of Kiev is also interesting etc. If the staff of mu hotel just new English...

Arrived late evening in an empty and dark large lobby. No-one there just one lady at reception desk who doesn't speak one word of English. However, all the pre-registration work was done and I received immediately my room key. The room is very large and the quality of the bed is good. The bathroom however is small - very small with a shower pushed in the corner. No bath tub available. The view from the room was poor; though large window, the view was on the inner courtyard filled with cars and dust bins.

Skip breakfast as also restaurant staff doesn't speak a word of English and there is no buffet breakfast. Fun however, order a fruitsalad and you get scrambled eggs. Also forget the hotel bar, a 10square meter lost place somewhere on the fifth floor with no outside windows.

In general, just skipp the place for your next stay in Kiev.
