I've rented an apartment for more than 10 day by sending email to the Partner guest house. Someone was always there to reply to my messages. Apartment was clean (cleaned daily), newly renovated and at the center. Since I stayed for long time transport from and to the airport was free of charge (agencies usually ask for $35 one way). I would strongly recommend them.
