First of all I would like to say that they dont know what is customer care about.The girl from reception has charged me 3rd times instead of 2.About the apartment , we had one from Saksahonsko str. and when we checked in the bathroom was wet, the tub and the floor with some hair from previous guest, was looking like they didnt made service in that apartment.We couldn't close the door from balcony and it was very noisy in the night.The good thing about this apartment was just the location(in the downtown).I wouldn't recommend them at all!

Stayed for 3 nights recently on a first time trip to Kiev. Stayed in apartment 25 Shota Rustavelli (I think.... Studio apartment with pink and white theme). The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated-not dated or soviet style at all. Bathroom was clean and modern, with a lovely jacuzzi corner bath. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchenette was adequately equipped-enough to prepare a light breakfast or snack.The location was fantastic- just across from the Ferrari garage-very central.

A word of warning though, although the apartment is lovely, is in a bit of a rough apartment block. From the outside its very grim and the public areas inside are possibly even worse. However, do not let you put this off as the apartment is great and very safe. I think 'rough' looking apartment blocks are typical of Kiev- dont let this deter you!

We booked return transfers with the Partner Guest House for a very reasonable price. Check in was smooth and efficient, and the staff are very helpful. The taxi driver took us to the apartment and showed us how to get in/lock up etc.I think it would have been very difficult to locate the check in office and find the apartment by ourselves-would highly recommend booking a taxi through the Partner Guest House.

All in all a great apartment and a fantastic bargain. We paid less than we would have at a hotel and the standard was much higher.

There are a few local bars in the area I would recommend- Bierstube and Viola's Bierstube in particular are great.

Pros:
-English speaking staff with quick check-in
-Prime location
-Modern apartment with contemporary design and amenities, spacious enough for 4 people (with pull-out couch)
-Clean, not Soviet clean, but European standards of clean
Cons:
-Bathroom had a mildew smell
-Entrance, hallways, stairs are not modern but then again, 95% of apartments in Ukraine are like this
Recommend to foreigners and travelers? Yes
Stay here again given the chance? Yes

Spent one night in a 1 bed-room apartment with Partner Guest House. Check-in process was quick and easy with helpful English-speaking reception. Glad I booked a spacious, clean, company apartment with this company rather than a Soviet 4/5 star "hotel".
Pros: Nice amenities including fully equipped kitchen, clean sheets and towels including free pairs of slippers, great selection of cable on flat screen and fast free internet, hot water and warm room, location is right in the center.
Cons: Lack of trashcans and tissues/napkins, exchange rate is off (was overcharged by about $5)
