You will find the location very good, either you arrive by car or from the airport, it is by the main road. It is in the area of New Belgrade, a sleeping and business district. Travelling by car you have an easy access to two shopping malls of Ušče and Delta City, which are both excellent locations for shopping. Just by the hotel it is a very good restaurant of No1 tennis star Novak Djoković, also an excellent choice to spent a good evening with good food.
Breakfast choice was excellent, all what you would be expecting from the hotel of such reputation. Free WiFi. Huge TV, a living room space.
For all of these thumbs up !

Overall I could have some smaller resents which are :
- reception desk professionalism cold be improved for a hotel class like this (they may give you an impression that you are not that welcomed as a guest, that they have to work because of you, some completely unnecessary price negotiation vs. the price on the internet during reservation)
- Even though a new hotel, you can already notice several things that already need refurbishment
- Outdoor hotel parking spot can be crowded, you have the underground garage option, however which is chargeable 10EUR/night
- Room was rather cold, can be also noisy for the outside traffice
- Poor TV channel choice
- Poor Wifi signal in the room
- Moderately high price
- Even though I speak the language service just did not (want to) understand my request about extra pillows and blankets
- no pool

Recently spent 4 nights at the IN Hotel in New Belgrade on business. A few weeks earlier stayed and reviewed my stay at the Holiday Inn in New Belgrade.

Time for a compare and contrast.

Bottom line, I would be happy staying at either hotel for upcoming travel to Belgrade and probably will. Both are business orientated, recent and in very good form. Again, blessed with proactive and responsive staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Public spaces clean and up to date. Breakfast area again very fine. Highly recommended.

As a slight contrast would probably give the edge to the IN Hotel`s Fitness area, breakfast room and buffet although without the a la carte feature at the HI for on the spot omelettes etc. at no extra cost.

Both hotels are less than a kilometer apart in New Belgrade ( Novi Beograd).

The caveats of being aware if you need to travel across the river in rush hour with possible hour driving times in business hours due to construciton and volume of traffic remain. Would not recommend driving around town in a rental car. The Serbian drivers are, uhmm, difficult, there is little parking in the Old town. Better to count on leaving the rental car at the hotel and using taxis which are plentiful and relatively inexpensive if from out of the country.

Which hotel would I choose again on upcoming trips?

Either one. In fact this trip I, a Platinum member at Holiday Inn for a number of years, found that on searching the Internet and the HI site, priorityclub.com for members that IN Hotel was about 15-20% cheaper for the stay than the HI.

Therefore I booked and stayed at IN Hotel rather than the HI simply due to cost at booking time.

I stayed in the hotel and this will be my preferred hotel when returning to Belgrade.

Location:
convenient location in New Belgrade cca. 10km from the airport - 15-20min by taxi dependent on the traffic. It is cca 10-15 min from the city center by taxi and it cost around 500-600 RSD (5-6EUR). The hotel uses LUX Taxi. Drivers speak English so you can ask them your questions if you want. Taxi costs the same (more or less) from the center to hotel, however take care of and beware of some doggy taxi drivers. If they speed up the meter and the fare comes triple as it should be insist paying only 600 as it was always this much.
The is a huge shopping mall (2minutes by taxi or 15 min by foot) where you can buy anything.

Room: quite, modern furnished rooms with shower. WIFI avlb throughout the hotel. Once the keycard is out from the card holder (which turns in the electricity) the room chills for some reason. Excellent room cleaning.

Breakfast: good variety

Lobby: as smoking is not yet banned in Serbia in public places the lobby can be quite smokey.
By the way whereever you go you will come back smelling like an ashtray. Especially in Novak restaurant next door. I had to leave the place as it was so filled with cigarette smoke that I could not talk. The non-smoking section is downstairs however not much better either.

Staff: I can not stop praising the staff (especially the receiptionists). Not one but everybody in each shifts. These guys are just excellent, polite, if needed they have humour however they always keep the distance. During my stay there was not one day when they forget to greet the quests (not only me) with a smile. No wonder why the TA logo is out on the reception desk. Thank you Ladies and Gentleman!

I staid in In hotel for a week in September.
I left the hotel with the thought, that definitely it will be my preferred hotel for my future business trips to Belgrade.
The hotel is situated in New Belgrade with easy acces.
My room was big, spacey and modern furniture with separate leaving area. My room was looking toward the highway and it was quiet.
Bathroom fully equipped with all needed toilet articles.
Breakfast was good in a very nice area and nice view to the inner garden.
Staff was nice and helpful. But checking out took me 45 min. definitely there is room for improvement.
Novak café restaurant is just behind the hotel and it’s great place to have a dinner enjoying excellent music.
