The hotel is located in an excellent area, just in the city centre and next to the public transportations and shop facilities.
The staff is kind and helpful, they were ready to suggest me everytime where to go and the best way to go there.
The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of sweet food and typical Serbian salty food.
However the room was very bad, very old and with no facilities. There was only one electric plug and there was not even a shower gel! the sink was too small and not practical for use.

It might be worn down but it was clean and the staff nice. The location was great.

Had heard nothing but horror stories about this place and wasn't expecting much at all. When we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. They are carrying out a re-fit and our room was clean and comfortable which was a far cry from what I was expecting. The breakfast was good and plenty of it so I really have no complaints at all. The language barrier with a couple of staff was overcome with a simple point at what you wanted followed by a thank you, it worked a treat for me. I am hoping to return to Belgrade in April and fully intend to stay at the Royal again.

This hotel is situated right in the centre of town. The staff are friendly and will assist you any which way they can what more could you want!
