The hardest bed and pillows that I have ever slept on. Pine beds, small room. Airconditioner didn't work.
Bathroom in need of repair.
Cheap and in a good location. You get what you pay for.

One positive though, the breakfast is great.

When i stay in Belgrade i usually pick this hotel since its close to bus/train station but also in walking distance to main city spots. The rooms are not bad actually, i used both double comfort and standard. Although you can see the rooms are old and furniture can at times be a bit rough around the edges so to speak what mattered to me was the fact that the beds were rather comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are also fairly large and hot water is always available. One of the best things of this hotel is its breakfast offer. It has a very large variety for everyone's taste and tasty as well.
The downside would be a bit scary elevators and even though the hotel assured us that there is free wireless it wasn't available in the room we were staying in.
The staff is nice and helpful.

I recently stayed in the Hotel Park for three nights during a business trip to Belgrade and it offers a very decent service for a moderate price - around 55 euros per night. The location is central and most of old Belgrade is within easy travelling distance and generally walkable. If you have business in New Belgrade or Zemun, then you might want to choose a hotel on that side of the Sava River, but they are generally much more expensive!
The Hotel Park facilities are perfectly acceptable and the breakfast served in the large restaurant is excellent - a wide choice of hot and cold dishes ranging from eggs, bacon and sausages to fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt. The selection of warm fresh breads were amazing.
The single rooms are a reasonable size and the bathrooms are very good. Plenty of hot water at all hours and a very handy inner, lockable door to the bedroom which makes for a very quiet night! Superb, crisp linen and very reliable daily housekeeping. And FREE wireless broadband in the rooms!
Staff were very pleasant and helpful - most speak excellent English and there is a handy ATM machine next to the reception desk. Cash payments can only be made in dinars, but all credit cards seems to be welcome. Definitely worth a try - I doubt you'll be disappointed.

There are two types of rooms, standard and comfort – comfort being more expensive. I’ve been in both and I strongly recommend standard, especially if you are travelling on budget, comfort is not that different. Both types offer sit-in bath or shower, so you can ask for your preferred option at the reception. TV programs are ok and breakfast is actually good. However, I froze! It was a very cold weather and the heater in my room was lukewarm during the day and completely cold in the evening and all through the night… Thought it was a problem with my room, but the heater in the front lobby was equally cold. Totally spoils the hole experience, though I recommend it as a good value for money, in warm weather!
