Square nine is the perfect place if you're looking for a modern, chic and great hotel in a good location. My room was a little bit dark but you feel luxury, especially in the clean and spacious bathroom where Hermes products are provided. The fitness located in the basement is gorgeous with a swimming pool. There is also a spa where I had a relaxing massage. The restaurant is also excellent. For your information, it is allow to smoke in the lobby what is not what I'm used too, but this is Serbia! Finally, I strongly recommend this place!

A regular guest at the Hyatt in Belgrade maybe I have been spoilt the worse thing was the cleanliness of the rooms with my stay starting on Sunday and having left on Thursday with the same used dirty glass being there on my departure Thursday apart from not cleaning the rest of the room well ie I ordered room service and one of the knives I left off the tray was there two days later whilst the rooms in the Hyatt are spotless .having breakfast was also a trial being charged for everything apart from a basic breakfast and having to wait for hot food then to be served with cold all this experience has done is make me look forward to my next trip to Belgrade at the Hyatt a true five star Hotel

The hotel impresses on almost all aspects:
- design - lobby, rooms, and an extra credit for the pool / gym area, a pleasure to relax there.
- service - all staff are very attentive and prompt in the delivering their respective service
- comfort - rooms have great beds, large tables (single piece of wood board at full length of the room).

What was a bit disappointing was their approach of proving themselves as high-end by charging for typically standard stuff: e.g. full breakfast (only a restricted selection of pastries is included in room rate), the nespresso capsules for the in-room machine. I am not in the look for freebies, but in most other 5 stars hotels, these items will be complimentary.

We've not stayed in a room but Square Nine laid out a wonderful table and great meal for 20 family members and friends after a memorial service earlier this year. The waiter service is quiet, non-intrusive, relaxed, friendly, not overly formal but still efficient and attentive. We often nip in just for drinks with friends or coffee after shopping or for an enjoyable meal, while the staff always make you feel very welcome. Rubik's cube is colourful, multi-faceted with each surface comprised of nine squares and designed by a professor of architecture. There's no puzzle at Square Nine though. Designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, it too is cleverly packaged, comes highly recommended and becomes highly addictive. But do discover it before the solution becomes clear to everyone..!
