In terms of location...
This hotel is walking distance from the Gara Nord (Central Bus Station), which makes it greatly convenient if you're here for a stopover. Else, you'll need to walk around to get to attractions if you're sightseeing. There are some cafes / pubs nearby (such as The Three Carrots, an Irish pub), which you can go to for a drink later in the evening.
In terms of comfort...
The room was simple & basic. Nothing fancy, but clean and just a place for us to rest at the end of the long day. The room is a little small, so again, recommended for stopovers but nothing too luxurious.
Just to note, there wasn't an elevator to the room (which was on the 3rd floor in the secondary building), so there were some steps to climb. But nothing too tedious.
In terms of service...
Staff are friendly, and always serve with a smile! They pre-empted our arrival so checking in was a breeze, and spoke English.
In terms of food...
The hotel restaurant serves relatively decent food - again, nothing too out of this world, but its pretty decently priced for a hotel restaurant, especially if you intend to stay in and knock back a couple of beers and get a decent meal. Breakfast buffet was pretty alright with a simple spread - again, nothing too fancy.
Room Tip: During check in, ask if your room is located in the secondary building, and make sure its not too hi...
