Room: We stayed at a double superior room. Nice room, classic decoration, more spacious than you can need (you do not expect such a room when your first impress of the hotel is a quite dull recepcion). The bathroom all new, everything clean, towels changed everyday (to us, the ear cotton swab have been replaced only once). Wired free and quick internet in the room. There is no remarkable view from the windows. A big bravo to the hotel, because they have isolated the elevators areas with glass and there is no noise from that. What I needed more from the room? a kettler!
Service: The reception service is excepcional, they helped us locate places, find restaurants and certain shops, private driver, get to know train timetables, everything we needed and even more. Most remarkable of all, is a young blond guy called Alexander: he helps as if he were your best friend.
Breakfast: Not innumerous choices, but classic ones and most of all: delicious! lots of home made cakes, cheeses, grilles veggies (excellent), lots of good quality charcuterie, very good omelete, yogourt, cereals, etc. Suggestion: I missed some chokolate/nutella spread! Also a point that needs attention: The last day we had breakfast at 6.00 (opening of the bfast) until 6.50. More than the half had not been prepared yet, so if you intend to eat that early, give the recepcion a notice, so that they won't face a half empty bfast as well.
Location: Perfect, just a few steps from a taxi stand, and just a few minutes from the beginning of Knez Mihailova.
