Generally OK, but location not so good. Friendly personell, answering and trying to help, but not so familiar with tourist from abroad. Location nexr to the mall ok, but there is no proper public transportation from the hotel and information concernig was not so good.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of nights in the last few months travelling in business and also with my family. I am a "professional traveller" and I have stayed in many hotels around the world...the Rin Grand Hotel meets all my expectations and the staff are excellent. Thanks for looking after me so well!

I stayed in the hotel for a week. Overall, nice hotel considering the situation. Far from the city center, you need to take taxi--probably 10-15 minutes. My room was great, but my colleague who had a room on the 3rd floor couldn't sleep at nights because of teh noise--they have some kind of greenhouse construction next to the hotel and it makes a lot of loud noise. Hallways are dimly or not lit, a little scary. I had to walk a long way from teh elevator to my room. Wireless is not available, you have to ask for a cord to connect. Service wasn't great, menu in restaurants wasn't very interesting. Great jewelry store on the ground floor (diamonds). Beware of the Dynasty restaurant on the first floor!!!!--they are rude and they ask you to pay with cash, exact change (!) and I even saw them chase a customer who didn't have exact change.

Rin Grand is a very well appointed modern hotel . We enjoyed the rooms which were spacious, tidy and luminous. Another one of its advantages was the fact they had an internet access. We were using the hotel's business center and meeting facilities quite a lot and it was exactly what we needed. Seeing it for the first time on the net (last minute travel web site) we were surprised both with its economic price and with the fact we didn't bumped into it up untill that moment but ever since this is surely our hotel in Bucharest.
