I've been guest at Vila Paris for a week. It was my first time in Romania. I didn't know what to expect, both from country or hotel. The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of an luxurious neighborhood. The place is surrounded by fancy cafe shops, restaurants and very close to one of Bucharest's main clubs: Bamboo. During week time it took me only 10 minutes to reach the city center, although the traffic IS A HUGE PROBLEM. Regarding the room, i've paid 140 EUR (booked from Splendia). I had a huge room, in a renaissance style. I thought I was in a very rich palace, rather in a hotel in a country i didn't know almost anything. All in all i had a perfect week - i gladly recommend the place to anyone. A different hotel in a city that surprised me positive.

Great place in Bucharest, where it is very difficult to find a hotel room, specially at working days. The price is fair for the city and the room was spacious and quiet. The area is close to Dorobanti, in the corner Paris Street and the Brancusi square.
Lived there for seven weeks while I searched for an appartment to stay in Bucharest, in the midst of the heat wave. Air conditioning worked great. Only problems were that is was not comfortable to have a shower, bathing is better solution. Great toiletry. And my room was on the second floor, no elevator, you have to go up the stairs every time. But the place is a haven of quietness in the midst of a pretty chaotic city. Loved it there.
